ABOUT BRANDY RENEE
I’m not a typical motivational business coach. I don’t approach finance, people, operations, and strategy as separate problems because, in a small business, they rarely are.
My experience spans accounting and finance, HR and recruiting, operations, leadership, strategy, and coaching. That allows me to look beyond the most visible symptom and help you understand what is really happening across the business.
I also help business owners use AI tools thoughtfully to save time, organize work, document processes, improve communication, and support better decisions. The goal isn’t to add more technology for the sake of it. It’s to find practical tools that make the business easier to manage without losing the judgment and human connection it still needs.
With an MBA in Finance & Accounting and more than 20 years of business experience, I bring technical knowledge and practical leadership experience to the conversation. My role isn’t simply to encourage you. I help you think through decisions, create workable plans, and follow through on the changes the business needs.
